Turn Around Time
Please allow 7-14 business days (not including weekends & holidays) for completion of your items once payment is received. Shipping time is in addition to this. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
*Rush orders are available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us at justteesingwithlauren@gmail.com to request rush orders or for more information. Rush fees are determined by quantity of items, materials needed, and additional shipping charges that may apply in order to expedite order within requested timeline.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped using USPS or UPS, within the stated turnaround time. Once your items have shipped, you will receive tracking information to your provided email. We will do everything in our power to ensure the timely delivery of your package. Shipping & delivery errors and/or delays by shipment carriers are out of our control. Just Teesing, with Lauren is not responsible for any postal errors, including shipping delays and lost packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact your local post office or UPS provider. Just Teesing, with Lauren is not responsible for undeliverable and misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer. Packages that are returned due to customer error will be shipped to you with address correction or other missing information, for an additional shipping fee.

Return Policy
At this time, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds. Due to the made-to-order and limited stock nature of our products, all sales are final. Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify justteesingwithlauren@gmail.com of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your package. Items must be in original condition- unworn & unwashed. If an error is made on the part of Just Teesing, with Lauren, we will either replace item(s) or give store credit, up to the full amount paid, when applicable.
Custom Orders
Please let us know if you need custom items created for you- we are happy to do so! Email us at justteesingwithlauren@gmail.com for all inquiries. Before project is created, you will receive a mockup of your chosen item(s). Once approved and payment is made, your items will be completed within 7-14 business days. Shipping or local pick up follows, as applicable.
Photos
Just Teesing, with Lauren reserves the right to photograph all items and share on social media, use for advertising, or otherwise. If you are ordering an item(s) as a gift and would like item(s) to be concealed prior to your delivery, please let us know at justteesingwithlauren@gmail.com and we will postpone sharing.
